Agricultural schools play a pivotal role in the development of the next generation of farmers.

i3A partners with schools and the regional agricultural industry to complement the school curriculum in Grades 10, 11 and 12. Learners are trained for immediate entry into the agricultural sector: successful candidates will achieve a SAQA recognised qualification through a blended programme that includes e-Learning and practical training.

i3A’s vision is to address the skills shortage by attracting school leavers to participate in agriculture and to increase the employability of young people entering the sector.
